Across our menu, we take the quality of everything we offer seriously. We put the provenance and sustainability of our products first. We use local Irish produce!
After extensive testing, we have perfected the classic American hamburger bun. Our excellent buns are produced daily, according to our specifications by our partner Coghlans
Lettuce, onion, tomatoes – we have established links with suppliers for fresh, quality vegetables. In particular, excellent quality tomatoes out of season.
Having sampled all the major beef breeds available in Ireland, we settled on Black Aberdeen Angus. The patty is minced fresh every morning. We add only salt and pepper seconds before grilling.
Having experimented with over 50 cheeses, we settled on the closest possible thing to traditional American hamburger cheese available in Europe.

A combo of fire and punch, our blended mix of mayo, mustard, ketchup and spices, provides the punch to bring all the flavours to the table.
